Hi there!
I’m DeAnna…

Here are the top 10 things you should know about me:
1. I’m a passionate, energetic and creative self starter
2. I’m a little OCD, okay a lot OCD (I like to think in a good way)
3. I’m a middle child and have a close family that resembles that of “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” and my dad is the rockstar owner of Zorba The Greek restaurant (shameless plug!)
4. I tend to be a little bit of a health nut; cooking and experimenting in the kitchen excites me and learning how to nourish my body (for the long haul) knocks my socks off
5. I am most inspired in nature (follow my Instagram = DeeLynn78 for some photos)
6. I have my Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Rhode Island (and adore RI!) – GO RHODY!
7. I’ve recently traded in my morning coffee for green juice (steppin’ it up baby!)
8. I have lived in New York, Rhode Island, California and Sevilla and have traveled to 9 countries (and counting).
9. I believe in people and love connecting with people who want to live happier, more meaningful lives
10. I’m a trained Life Coach from Coach Inc., and adhere to the International Coach Federation’s (ICF) Code of Ethics.
Anything else you’d like to know…the floor is all yours… just ask!

I absolutely love you !! Keep up the good work and positivity !!!
Hi, Deanna! I just recently heard about your blog through my sister and i absolutely love it so far. I would love to talk to you, especially because I am a senior in college. Sending you positive energy for the new year!
Hi there! I’m new to WordPress but an ol timer when it comes to pleasing everyone but myself. Example. Dating a man now eight years and last night one of my daughters said she can be herself in her house because it’s her house. He flipped but only on me. He wants me to move in with him just not with my daughters. I’m not leaving my kids and cannot find words for him either. Coaching? Happy new year. And I’ll keep reading your posts for inspiration.
What is your secret for trading coffee for green juice? I love coffee but it does make me a little jumpy, and less productive. Do you have a recipe for green juice that you would like to share. Thanks.
Hi Marilyn,
Thanks for your comment. No secret at all, just a choice, and action. That’s all. Decide you want to give it up, COMMIT to your decision and GO. Get yourself some great resources like Kris Carr’s Crazy Sexy Diet book, a juicer and then mix and match your favorite veggies/fruits/herbs. I love a green juice of Kale, Spinach, Parsley, Cucumber, Celery, Green Apple and Lemon Juice. That is my favorite for the morning. You can also try other combos like Carrot + Beet + Red Apple (Add ginger?!), or Carrot + Orange.
Let me know how it goes!
